Our 13,200 square feet one-story building is a fully gated community located in the quiet countryside of Hollister, CA. We are a 20-minute drive from Gilroy, CA, and 48 minutes from San Jose, Monterey, or Carmel, CA. We are surrounded by five acres of orchards with apricots & walnuts and beautiful mountain sceneries. We accept elderly clients aged 60 years and above, needing assistance in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, and other related health conditions. We also provide short-term/respite care and end-stage of life or Hospice Care.
We have state-certified and dedicated health care staff and provide home health and nursing care services with contracted home health agencies.
